General Terms
Acceptance and Consent
By using the vMob application, you are deemed to have accepted these terms of use. If you do not accept the terms, you should not use the application.
Right to Change
We reserve the right to change these terms with prior notice. Changes will be announced through the application.
Legal Framework
This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and under the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
Account Usage
Account Creation
You must create an account with accurate and current information. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
Security
You are responsible for your account security. You must keep your password secure and not share it with anyone.
Single Account
Each user can create only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed.
Service Usage
Permitted Use
You may use the application for personal and non-commercial purposes. Separate terms apply for business accounts.
Charging Station Information
Charging station information is obtained from third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information.
Payment Transactions
Charging fees are paid directly to the station provider. vMob provides intermediary services.
Prohibited Activities
Misuse
You may not use the application for harmful, illegal, or unethical purposes.
System Security
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, hacking, or installing malware is prohibited.
Data Collection
Automated data collection, scraping, or similar activities are strictly prohibited.
False Information
Sharing false, misleading, or fake information will result in account closure.
Liability Limitations
Service Interruptions
We are not responsible for technical failures, maintenance work, or third-party interruptions.
Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for the service quality or pricing of charging station providers.
Data Loss
We cannot be held responsible for data loss due to technical issues.
Indirect Damages
We are not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from service use.
Account Termination
User Termination
You can close your account at any time. Your data will be deleted within the framework of our privacy policy.
vMob Termination
We reserve the right to close your account with prior notice in case of violation of terms.
Emergency Termination
We may immediately suspend your account in situations that pose a security risk.
